Pricing & Fees
The current fee for a 50-minute therapy session is $135. If this rate presents a financial hardship, please don’t hesitate to reach out — I would be happy to discuss potential options.

Cancellations, less than 24 hours in advance, or missed appointments that are not a result of an emergency will be billed at the client’s full established rate. Please be sure to cancel or reschedule greater than 24 hours in advance to avoid such fees.

I am not paneled with any insurance companies at this time. However, I can provide a superbill which you can submit to your insurance provider for out of network benefits.

In accordance with Colorado regulations, I offer a Good Faith Estimate for therapy services to promote clarity about treatment costs. This estimate details the anticipated fees for your therapy sessions based on the information available when you request it.

Yes! I offer in person sessions in Fort Collins, Colorado and virtual sessions throughout Colorado.

During our initial sessions, we will work together to identify your goals for therapy. I will keep these goals in mind to help guide and structure our sessions. At the same time, each session is your space, and if there is something different you would like to focus on that day, that will take priority. Ultimately, you are in charge of the direction of your sessions.

You’re welcome to come as often as you’re able. I know therapy is a big investment of time and money, and I usually recommend starting weekly to build momentum. Some clients stay weekly, others shift to biweekly. I see therapy as cyclical—you might come for 6-12 months, take a break, and return when you need support again.
